At Edelune, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit or may not meet your expectations. While we do not offer direct exchanges, we’ve made it easy for you to get the right item with a quick and simple process. Please read our exchange policy below to learn more.


How to Exchange an Item

Since we do not offer direct exchanges, the best way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order for the item you’d like to receive.

Here’s how to exchange your item:

  1. Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. You can start the return process by emailing us at support@edelune.co.uk.
  2. Your returned item must be in new, unworn, and unused condition, and it must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  3. Once your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  4. You can then place a new order for the item you want through our website.

This process ensures that you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately at support@edelune.co.uk. We’ll be happy to provide you with a replacement or offer a full refund.


Exceptions to Exchange Policy

Please note that some items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders or engraved items)
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Sale items or gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days and receive a refund for any reason, without justification, as part of the cooling-off period. To do this:

  • Ensure the item is in unworn, unused condition with tags and in its original packaging.
  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
