Edelune Return Policy

At Edelune, we want you to love everything you purchase from us. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you have ample time to make the best decision for your order.


How to Start a Return

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To begin the process:

  1. Email us at support@edelune.co.uk.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of your return request.

Please note: Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for us to process your return.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions on how to send your package back to us. Returns that are sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We hope your Edelune pieces arrive in perfect condition, but if there is any issue, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@edelune.co.uk. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following exceptions:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders, engravings)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

While we do not offer direct exchanges, we recommend the following:

  • Return the item you no longer want.
  • Once your return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

This is the quickest way to get the item you want, as it allows you to shop for your replacement right away.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason, without needing to provide justification.

  • The return conditions remain the same: the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Return Period: You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving the product.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll carefully inspect the item(s). You will be notified about the status of your return and whether your refund is approved. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please keep in mind that it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card company to finalize and post the refund.
